When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During major product launches or holiday seasons, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing before your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees.
Are ColourPop products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We are 100% cruelty-free and do not test our products or ingredients on animals. Many of our products are also vegan, which you can find noted on the individual product pages.
What is your return policy?
Due to the affordable nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.
